World AIDS Day Testing @ MCC All God's Children
December 1st is World AIDS Day! Join us for free syphilis and rapid HIV testing at MCC All God's Children Church in recognition of World AIDS Day:
- Wednesday, December 3rd
- Thursday, December 4th
No appointment necessary, just walk-in on Wednesday or Thursday between 3pm and 7pm for free testing!

Both syphilis and HIV are on the rise right here in the Twin Cities. If you're sexually active and it's been 6 - 12 months since your last syphilis or HIV test, join us for our World AIDS Day testing event!
HOW IS TESTING DONE?
Syphilis testing is done by a simple, quick blood draw with results available by phone in one week. HIV testing is performed using just a drop of blood with results available in 15 minutes.
WHY SYPHILIS TESTING?
Both syphilis (and HIV) are on the rise in the gay/bi men's community - syphilis cases are up 30% in gay and bisexual men here in the Twin Cities this past year!
The good news: it's easy to cure!
The bad news: it's easy to get and most guys have no idea they have it, and not many of us are getting tested! It you're a guy who has sex with guys, get tested every 6 to 12 months. This is especially important for the next couple of years so we can get syphilis under control!
We can stop the spread of this disease, and that starts with protecting ourselves and each other by using condoms and getting checked on a regular basis.
